    Chief Executive Officer

    As founder and CEO of evolv, Allan has 31 years of payment industry experience. His comprehension of the sales process, risk management, networks, processors, and channel management experience provides him a unique ability to maintain stability while ensuring growth. Allan began his career in the industry in 1987 as a merchant services sales representative for a local bank. He was promoted to management and later to Assistant Vice President. During this time, he developed a national Independent Sales Organization (ISO). In 1992, Allan joined TermNet as VP of Sales and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Relations. In 1998, Allan founded evolv (formerly known as Approval Payment Solutions, APS). A nationally-known industry figure, he served on the executive advisory board for NPC/Vantiv/Worldpay for 18 years. Currently, he is a member of TSYS’s advisory board. Allan has spent the bulk of his professional career coaching and mentoring associates, developing training programs, and administering partnership programs. Allan received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana. He is an outdoors enthusiast and is an avid hunter and fisherman. A proud father of two and grandfather to one, Allan and his wife reside in Boonville, Indiana.

    As CDO for Approval Payment Solutions, John is responsible for salaried sales representatives, independent sales agents, strategic partnerships, training, business development, and marketing. He works closely with the CEO to identify, acquire, and integrate companies and portfolios. In his career, John has been involved in over two dozen acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. John has 38 years of experience in sales, sales management, business development, and training. He possesses tremendous energy, a sense of urgency, and he is passionate about the development and growth of people and businesses. John received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Southern Indiana. He is a published author, volunteer coach, former school board member, and he has competed in several half-marathons, a triathlon and a marathon. John resides in Evansville, Indiana with his wife and is a father to three children.

    Director of Operations

    Casie’s primary responsibilities include oversight of underwriting, merchant approvals, merchant and product support, installations, and training. Casie has 19 years of merchant services experience in operations, deployment, customer and partner service, interchange management, and merchant support. She strives to ensure that evolv provides top-level service! Casie has been consistently peer-recognized as a top associate for evolv —she is a seven-time “Employee of the Year” winner. Casie was awarded an Associate’s Degree from Harrison College. She is a Girl Scout leader, Food Bank volunteer, and teaches drug-free and anti-bullying seminars in her community. A mother of two, she and her husband reside in Boonville, Indiana.

    Director of Finance

    As Director of Finance, Teri is responsible for overseeing all accounting, human resources, shared services, and equipment leasing functions. Prior to joining evolv, Teri was a Vice-President at J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, LLC (Hilliard Lyons). During her ten years at Hilliard Lyons, Teri held positions as a Mutual Fund Administrator and as a Senior Internal Control Analyst. In addition to her time in the private sector, Teri also spent nine years in public accounting working in audit and tax. Teri earned her B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Indiana and Kentucky. She also holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation through the American Institute of CPAs. Teri serves as a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana. In this role, she has served as a roundtable leader, coordinated job shadow events, and has worked as a classroom teacher. Teri enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children. Teri and her family reside in Boonville, Indiana.

    Shared Services Partner

    As a founding member of the Shared Services program, Joe's primary responsibilities include finding, vetting, and securing acquisition opportunities, in addition to managing his own sales office, Premier. Joe started his career in the Payment Processing industry in 1994 as a District Sales Manager with a Midwest based sales office. With this ISO, he developed a 40+ independent sales team within a 7-state territory, hiring and training representatives. He founded Premier in 1998 and through his leadership, Premier has built a reputation of integrity throughout the industry as a top tier ISO. In 2016, Premier became the first sales office to fully integrate into the Shared Services Program, and continues to utilize evolv today for merchant onboarding, merchant and rep support, equipment deployment, technical support, billing and accounting, and digital marketing services. Through this relationship, Joe can focus on the growth of evolv through acquisitions and capital investments.
